AUGREEN Block Wall System is made of desulfurized gypsum from power plant. It is classified as a light weight material and being used as non-load bearing walls.

Core: AUGREEN Gypsum Block

AUGREEN gypsum block is made of desulfurized gypsum as the main raw materials and a variety of inorganic materials are being used of the production. Our blocks meet the requirements of T CBMF 36-2018 “Gypsum Block Standard” and GB 50210-2001 “Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering” Standard.

Our blocks are light in weight, high compressive strength, fire prevention and heat insulation, sound insulation, sawable, low crushing rate, easy installation, fast construction speed, not limited by wall height, reducing labor intensity and allow wet operations. It can reduce dead weights of buildings, saves the consumption of steel and cement, increase the gross area, reduce the project cost and improve the seismic grade of buildings. AUGREEN gypsum block is an environmentally friendly product. There are no harmful elements in the product. It has a respiratory function and able to regulate indoor humidity and enhance human immunity. This product is fully supported and promoted by the National Wall Materials Innovation Office, and is the most ideal modern building material in the world.

Supplementary: AUGREEN Bonding Agent

AUGREEN Bondng Agent is a joint binder and filling material. It can also be used as a binder and plugging agent for pipe, wire and box embedding after slotting, drilling and coring on gypsum block walls. It has good bonding strength. AUGREEN Bonding Agent uses the same gypsum raw material being used for producing AUGREEN gypsum blocks, the compressive strength is 20% higher than the gypsum block.

High Tensile Strength

The standard of the Ministry of Building Materials Industry of the People's Republic of China of building materials is ≥ 1.5, and AUGREEN Block Wall System is ≥ 1.9-4.2. The fracture load is 2-3 times higher than the standard of JC / t698-1998 issued by the Ministry of Building Materials of the People's Republic of China.

Light weight

The weight of each block is less than 30 kg. The density of gypsum block is less than or equal to 900kg / M ~ 3, the weight of the wall is the lightest, and the seismic performance is good. The density of cement block is 1200-1400kg / M ~ 3, the weight of the wall is light, and the seismic performance is general. AUGREEN Block Wall System reduces the load of walls and the building itself, and it is most suitable for high-rise residential buildings, large-scale outlets, office buildings and other buildings.

Quick Installation

After the block is finished and the bonding agent is dry, putty can be directly applied, which does not only save the material cost of both sides, it shortens the construction time, also reduces the labor intensity of workers. The blocks can be cut in different sizes and fit for any dimension requirment. The left over can be used to for fitting other hold purpose. The overall material wastage is less than 1%, reduce overall construction cost.

Improve Indoor Useble Area

The thickness of AUGREEN block can be provided in 75 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm. Customers can choose different thicknesses according to the specifications, such as 40 dB or higher for 2-hour and 4-hour fire-proof and sound insulation, or the wall thickness required by specific projects. For example, 150 thickness is required for hospital projects in China, which is convenient for embedding medical pipes into the wall and changing the thickness of 150 mm AUGREEN block on both sides of a 200 mm cement aerated brick wall, which saves more space and increases the indoor gross area.

Sound and Head Insulation, Green Environmental Friendly

AUGREEN Block Wall System uses unique ingredients, with desulfurization gypsum as the main material, it enhances sound insulation, heat preservation and indoor temperature regulation. It meets the requirment of radioactivity according to GB 6566-2010 Limits of Radionuclides in Building Materials.
