Substrate Preparation

Substrate must be free from dust, loose particles, contamination, grease, shutter release agent that affecting the bonding of AUGREEN Gypsum Self Floor Leveling.

Hand Trowel - Mixing and Installation

• All mixing equipment should be cleaned before use.
• Pour the required amount of water into the mixing bucket. Only add clean water and do not use any additives.
• Add AUGREEN Gypsum Self Floor Leveling to the water and mix by a slow speed, high torque mechanical whisk.
• AUGREEN Gypsum Self Floor Leveling should be mixed to a smooth consistency.
• ApplyAUGREEN Gypsum Self Floor Leveling to required thickness in layer (s).

Work should be prohibited if temperature below 5°C, rainy, snowy day, high wind speed.

Storage

Should be stored in a dry place. The suggested storage time is up to 6-9 months when properly stored. All AUGREEN Gypsum Self Floor Leveling being stored on sites or in warehouses must be in good conditions, without any damages on the packages, and all packages must indicate the name of the manufacturer and trademarked product name.
