AUGREEN AC080P is a gypsum-based plaster for internal walls that is applied as the base coat onto a new or existing building in a single operation, that results in a monolithic surface with excellent mechanical properties and is resistant to cracking as well as having outstanding thermal and acoustic qualities. AUGREEN lightweight gypsum plaster was a joined development between the CaSO Group and the R&D Team from SWISS ALP CONSTRUCTION AG, an European gypsum specialist, aiming at optimizing the properties of desulfurization gypsum from China’s large-scale power plants and phosphogypsum from phosphorus chemical plants (only being applied in Guizhou Province). An environmentally friendly building product boosted by the Swiss formula from SWISS ALP CONSTRUCTION AG.

Substrate Preparation

Substrate must be free from dust, loose particles, contamination, grease, shutter release agent that affecting the bonding of AUGREEN Lightweight Plaster.

Hand Trowel - Mixing and Installation

All mixing equipment should be cleaned before use.
Pour the required amount of water into the mixing bucket. Only add clean water and do not use any additives.
Add AUGREEN Lightweight Plaster to the water and mix by a slow speed, high torque mechanical whisk.
AUGREEN Lightweight Plaster should be mixed to a smooth consistency.
Apply AUGREEN Lightweight Plaster to required thickness in layer (s).
Do not mix more than you will be able to use, a maximum of two bags of AUGREEN Lightweight Plaster is recommended to use for one consumption.

Spraying - Mixing and Installation

Choose a professional gypsum plaster spraying machine
Mix AC080 for about 2-4 minutes or until a lump-free homogeneous mix is achieved
Screed strip; thickness of the screed strip should be the same as the required render thickness
Spraying; the distance between nozzle & the wall surface is 200M. Spraying one coat by another from bottom to top
Rendering; use darby to cling the screed strip, rendering from bottom to top
Burnishing; eliminate visual defects
Water curing is not necessary under most circumstances

Work should be prohibited if temperature below 5°C, rainy, snowy day, high wind speed.

Storage

Should be stored in a dry place. The suggested storage time is up to 6-9 months when properly stored. All AUGREEN Lightweight Plaster being stored on sites or in warehouses must be in good conditions, without any damages on the packages, and all packages must indicate the name of the manufacturer and trademarked product name.

Safety and Health

Always wear gloves, masks and goggles during mixing and application. AUGREEN Lightweight Plaster is of a powder base material which may produce an allergic effect and irritation to eyes and skin.
