CaSO Environmental Group Co., Ltd. was registered in the Cayman Islands in 2016. It is a group company established through the restructuring CaSO (Hong Kong) Engineering Co., Ltd., CaSO (Hong Kong) Contracting Co., Ltd. and CaSO (Hong Kong) Research and Development Co., Ltd. CaSO started up as a small firm in 2004 promoting innovative green construction concept to Hong Kong and Macau by importing AUGREEN block wall system from Northern China. With all the research and development in over 10 years' achievements, we are now very privileged to have earned much industry recognition for the green concept and environmental-friendly product of AUGREEN and its related accessories.
Up to now, CaSO has successfully completed over 300 projects in Hong Kong and Macau and has been decorated with some environmental and management awards by various highly respected organizations in recognizing our contribution and achievement in the sustainability of building environment and environmentally conscious corporation.
In 2016, CaSO established Qianhai CaSO (Shenzhen) Environmental New Building Material Co., Ltd., which is also the first step of market expansion and development plan for China.
In May 2019, DWS Investments Hong Kong Limited (DWS) announced strategic investment in CaSO Group and both sides established a comprehensive strategic partnership on financial services, technological innovation, capital markets and internationalization strategies. The investment will further strengthen the leading position of AUGREEN in the environmental block wall system industry by collaborating with CaSO and DWS's robust strategy and innovative intellect, in addition, the company would accelerate product development and provide more diversified services. During the same period, CaSO has acquired Zhejiang Rincon Green Construction Technology Co., Ltd. With relying on Rincon's mature brand and its well established client base, that help CaSO’s AGUREEN brand to penetrate China market quickly.
Today, CaSO does not only operate in Hong Kong, but also have sale and support operations in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Huzhou, Guizhou Guiyang, , and Shandong Jinan to serve local customers and to develop the local green and environmentally friendly construction industry market.
